Our team up is made up of former Division 1 players and experienced golf industry professionals. Our collective goal is to alleviate the challenges of NCAA recruiting by helping players reach their top potential.
ALEX FOWKE
Founder

Our founder, Alex, has been through the NCAA recruitment process for both golf and hockey. His steadfast commitment and mission for Prolinks is clear, to develop junior golfers beyond their perceived potential, both on the course and in life. After playing junior hockey, Alex played on the starting 5 at Seattle University. He then transferred to Laurentian University, playing as captain, to obtain his MBA.

RILEY BRIDGE
Head of Operations

Riley is our Head of Operations and Marketing Lead. He has played multiple seasons of OUA golf for Laurentian University while obtaining two bachelor degrees. He currently works at Golf Ontario as Regional Manager for Northern Ontario and has extensive experience in golf management, programming, and outreach. Riley is a certified First Tee coach and is committed to helping junior golfers with aspirations of competing at the NCAA level.


SHANNON KENNEDY
Head of Women's Development

Shannon is the Head of Women's Development and Recruiting for our junior girls program. Shannon is a recent graduate of the Michigan State Women’s Golf Team. She was the 2024 Michigan Women’s Amateur Champion, qualifying her for the U.S Amateur. In 2023, she won medalist honours at the Michigan Women’s Amateur stroke play. In addition, Shannon is a 2021 and 2022 B1G Ten Sportsmanship award Honouree.
BAVAKE SIHOTA
Head of Boys Development

Bavake is Head of Mens Development at Prolinks. He specializes in customized tournament schedules and tournament preparation for our athletes. Bavake played a big role on the University of Michigan golf team for 3 seasons before transferring to Eastern Michigan University for his final year. In his last two seasons he was an Academic All-Big Ten. In 2021, he was in the top 3 ranked junior golfers in Canada.

TOMMY MCKENZIE
Head of Recruiting

Tommy is the Head of Recruiting for our junior boys program. He is a former member of Team Alberta, and was the 2019 Alberta Junior Champion. Tommy played Division 1 golf at the University of Idaho and James Madison University. He started off his Division 1 career in 2021, where he earned freshman of the year honours in the Big Sky conference. His passion for the game matches his desire to help the next generation of junior golfers.

ROBBIE LATTER
Head of Scouting & Coach

Robbie is our Head of Scouting and apart of the coaching staff here at Prolinks. He played for Team Ontario before taking his talents to the University of Southern Mississippi, where he was a 4 time All-Conference player. He played in every event from the start to finish of his college career, featuring one season of a program record, 71.88 scoring average. Robbie has a passion for seeing young players get to experience the college atmosphere.



Coach
PETER MURPHY

Peter is our specialized one on one golf instructor. He has over forty years of international playing and teaching experience, and played for team Australia in competition before a career in instruction. From the PGA Tour to AJGA junior golfers aspiring to play college golf, Peter brings a skill set that brings players to another level. He has coached three world #1 professional golfers and over 500 juniors to the NCAA level. In addition, Peter has opened golf academies in 5 different countries. Peter was appointed National Coach of China in 2005, Teacher of the Year in Japan in 2007, National Coach of India in 2010, and the National Director for Golf Development in Morocco in 2014. He is the current University of Washington Women’s Swing Coach.
HARRISON MURPHY
Recruiter

Harrison is one of our recruiters at Prolinks. He played at Northwestern University before transferring to Seattle University, where he obtained his MBA. He was a leader in both programs and is one of the longest players in NCAA Dl history (205 ball speed). He played junior golf events in the likes of Australia, Morocco and the United States. Harrison was invited to Team Australia National camp before committing to Northwestern in 2017.
